Market Analysis & Research: Understand the U.S. industrial specialty membrane market, covering key application industries such as water treatment, biomedical, textile, automotive, food and beverage, petrochemical, new energy, and electronic semiconductors. Analyze market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand characteristics to develop and execute effective U.S.-market-aligned sales strategies and annual sales plans. Sales Promotion & Expansion: Proactively identify potential local U.S. client resources, including industrial enterprises, engineering contractors, and system integrators. Establish a comprehensive and detailed customer information database, and enhance the companys product visibility and market share in the U.S. through ongoing marketing activities (e.g., participating in local industry exhibitions such as WEFTEC and American Chemical Industry Show, organizing product presentations, and joining professional seminars). Expand sales channels and partner networks extensively. Client Relationship Development & Maintenance: Connect with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs. Provide customized membrane product consulting, solutions, technical support, and after-sales service. Sales Performance Achievement: Meet and exceed the companys sales targets and performance indicators based on established sales strategies and plans. Track sales progress and adjust strategies promptly. Team Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with colleagues from other departments (e.g., technical support, marketing) to jointly complete projects and tasks. Complete other tasks assigned by the company. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above; majors in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields are preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the U.S. market for industrial specialty membranes, industrial equipment, chemical products, water treatment solutions, or related products/services. Familiar with U.S. industrial market operation models, laws/regulations, and business culture. Knowledgeable about market dynamics and competitive landscape in U.S. industrial specialty membrane application industries. Strong self-motivation and enterprising spirit; willing to deeply cultivate the U.S. market long-term. Excellent market development, customer relationship management, communication/coordination, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to conduct fluent business communication and negotiations with U.S. clients and partners. Work Location: Based in Xiamen with frequent business trips to the U.S., or expatriated to work in the U.S. Location & Employment Type
