Enterprise Account Executive at ENG
ENG is a BIM company that specializes in hands-on, field-focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have positioned ourselves as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, an many other BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.

The Role
Represent ENG with new and existing clients in the BIM or VDC industries. Work with a team of 15 people within our Sales & Marketing areas on end-to-end sales processes: from finding or unearthing new clients and connecting to existing ones, aiming to secure deals, and contributing expertise to establish long-term partnerships. Around 40% travel time involved (1-3 times a month, several days at a time). ENGs MEP Modeling and Coordination services may be sold, and this role might involve selling some of our tech products as part of a relationship-based sales process within the AEs location/region. Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, serving as their primary point of contact; potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends; design and deliver sales strategies and compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Mandatory Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Aspiring candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and must reside in the US; candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered. Benefits
