Senior Account Manager at Corebridge Financial. This role is the operational owner and primary liaison for Corebridge Financial Retirement Services' largest retirement plan clients, responsible for administrative management, sales and retention support, and client-level monitoring and reporting for assigned plans. Corebridge Financial partners with plan sponsors, plan participants, and a dedicated financial advisor network. We help organizations in education, healthcare, government, and other not-for-profit sectors with retirement planning solutions. Responsibilities
Have a passion for customer service and strong skills in building client relationships Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to solve problems and deliver results within complex organizations Own administrative management for group client retirement plans to ensure requests are completed timely and accurately Research and provide group clients with plan-related information regarding activity and operations for assigned plans Maintain an average case load for groups of varying size and complexity Coordinate client requests, drive problem resolution, execute retirement plan changes, and communicate resolutions promptly Monitor strategic group activity (transaction volumes, call volumes, NPS, service levels, fee administration) and share trends and insights with plan sponsors Partner with relationship managers to provide sales and retention support through planning, reviews, RFPs/finalist presentations, and regular client meetings Establish working relationships with operations teams to achieve common objectives Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree (four years of relevant work experience may substitute for degree) 6+ years of retirement plan administration experience with knowledge of pension plan types and defined contribution plans QKA, QKS, or QKC preferred Strong problem-solving and ability to craft solutions to drive resolution Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to create client-facing plans and responses Ability to lead execution through adjacent teams; customer-centric mindset to understand client needs and success drivers Data-driven with ability to review dashboards and translate data into meaningful client insights; Excel expertise for client-facing presentations Confidence in building relationships and presenting with executive presence Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze data, determine root causes, and develop solutions Leadership to mentor account managers and support transformation and engagement projects Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $64,000 to $90,900 at the start of employment. The actual offer depends on location, skills, experience, and other qualifications. Eligible for a discretionary bonus; benefits are part of the total compensation package. Work Location
