This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area. Job responsibilities: Please note this positionrequires extensive travel (50%-75%)within the USA based on customers' needs ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFPs as well as the support teams for any customer escalations Responsible for the revenue output Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST) Qualifications: Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for this position is $115,000 plus commission.
