Territory Account Manager

at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Miami, FL (Advanced Solutions), and were looking for someone whos ready to grow, bring energy to their work, and help build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions and more. Pay:

$70,000 - $400,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary) Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Inform customers about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our jobsite solutions. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Tenacious and innovative with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Tech aptitude to adapt to a growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented Ability to manage strategic and national accounts Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance EquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V. #J-18808-Ljbffr
