Position Details
Full-time (40 hours per week) Attending Physician/Medical Director for split position between Casa Real Center, Santa Fe, NM, and Las Palomas Center, Albuquerque, NM.
Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year.
Clinical role requiring BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Regional Medical Director to promote clinical service delivery aligned with company mission.
Coordinate with centers, regional management, and clinical programs to oversee implementation and outcomes.
Accountable to Center Administrator and Regional Medical Director for clinical care and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve high performance in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. required.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
Geriatrics specialization and Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA are desirable.
