Experience Requirements: Over 5 years of full-time business experience

More than 3 years of Scrum experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Skilled in presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across multiple organizational levels, especially within team environments

Experienced in identifying and removing impediments outside of the team

Proficient coaching skills with the ability to convey complex messages and teach new concepts

Effective conflict resolution abilities; strong mediator for interpersonal and organizational issues

Active coach and mentor focused on growth and maximizing team potential

High-energy and passionate professional dedicated to building strong, effective teams

Skilled at fostering trust and rapport to create a sustainable and productive workplace

Promotes innovative thinking and continuous self-improvement

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field, or equivalent work experience
