The University of New England is seeking a
CRM (Slate) Manager, Graduate Admissions
to lead the daily administration and ongoing development of
Technolutions Slate , the University’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position supports the work of the Office of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment and the College of Professional Studies by ensuring that Slate is used effectively to meet enrollment goals. This role manages admissions and recruitment workflows, event coordination, data imports, complex query building, communications, and system integrations with platforms such as Banner and Salesforce. The successful candidate will have strong experience with Slate and a solid understanding of data infrastructure, reporting tools, and system design. This position is based on UNE’s Portland campus and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement following an initial onboarding period. The anticipated schedule currently allows for up to two days per week of remote work, depending on departmental needs. About the University of New England
