As a Lead Veterinarian, you will serve as a leader of your practices veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants, setting the bar for providing high-level, competent veterinary medical care and embodying the culture to work collaboratively with your peers and deliver the pet parent experience. You will hold all team members accountable to drive results by being available, removing barriers and obstacles, facilitating change, and providing coaching/feedback related to performance. The Lead Veterinarian is responsible for implementing the outlined policies and procedures, utilizing integrated technology, and delivering consistent and appropriate medical care within the given skill set. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures in a way that will deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort, and much more! The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of DVM experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a hands-on leadership role. The schedule includes 4 weekdays and rotating Saturdays (if you work a Saturday, you will only work 3 weekdays). Seniority level
