We are located on 60 pristine acres in Santa Barbara, CA! We offer resort style retirement and continuity of care for seniors. We are seeking a Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community. Class B License required with passenger endorsement. Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Some weekend hours based on need. Compensation:
$22.50 to $26 per hour 24 passenger bus will be the largest vehicle driven. As a Driver, you'll: Greet all residents, team members, and visitors in a warm, confident, and knowledgeable manner. Ensure the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community. Work as a member of the Resident Services team to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service. Assist with carrying of packages, groceries, and luggage for transportation within the community. Transport residents in cars, trams, busses and/or vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or activities; and provide assistance to the residents. Participate in maintaining and cleaning vehicle(s). As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you would have: High School Diploma or equivalent One to three years of driving experience with a clean DMV record. Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Must possess a valid Class B California Driver's License. Must have clearance with California Department of Motor Vehicles with no serious violations. What's in it for you?
