Facilitate technical training courses and programs, for example, advertising and scheduling of courses, rooms, equipment and coordinating course evaluations Assist in development of curriculum, materials, and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, demonstration models, video content, and reference workbooks Coordinate with quality team on audits and training related issues Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements, training attendance, and course evaluations for internal use as well as documented compliance with regulatory agencies and customers Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for personnel attending off-site training as required by assigned site Facilitate hands-on Technical Training Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Aircraft Systems and Operations Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues and problems for assigned site(s) Proficiency in performing Knowledge Skill Assessments Champion culture of learning Provide mentoring for employees in assigned area to promote acquisition of job proficiency Provide input for PMP/PDP evaluations of employees in assigned area and apprise employees of performance levels for day-to-day assignments May oversee the work of other team members in conjunction with supervisor and team learning requirements Develops and implements new and creative training methods to improve products, processes, tools and services of the team Develops, implements, and monitors solutions to address a problem or situation effectively and efficiently Responsible for planning and coordinating activities involving employees from outside the team How to thrive in this role?

Typically, a minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience Typically, a minimum of 2 year corporate / commercial jet experience Team builder Experience within Part 147 and Part 145 regulatory training environment Experience in analyzing, developing and administering technical training programs Experience governing and consulting integration activities Experience researching human performance Professional Teaching Background (Preferred) Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
