Overview
Engagement Manager, AWS Professional Services. The ProServe team seeks a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations, bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. You will apply AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, demonstrate technical credibility across stakeholders, distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-offs considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact. Responsibilities Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate engineering discussions, and ensure alignment with customer business outcomes Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in cloud computing Experience in project management of technical programs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
AWS experience preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework Proven ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makers
