for the Territory Manager position, including extensive coaching, sales tools, and mentoring to ensure your long-term success. What Youll Do as a Territory Manager: Be the Customer Champion:

Own and nurture the customer relationship in a team-based selling model. Educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies to help customers succeed. Drive Sales Success:

Your success will be measured by selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business. Deliver impactful sales presentations and tailor your sales approach to individual customers. Effective time and territory management are critical. Team-Based Selling:

Collaborate with Specialists to assist with top penetration opportunities and new account openings. Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery. Lead with Insight:

Develop new business by identifying prospective customers through market intelligence databases, business directories, leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences. Delivery Resolution:

Manage deliveries according to the routing schedule, troubleshoot issues like delivery mispicks, short loads, or stock-outs. Competitive Advantage:

Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices, and sales; share this information with customers as part of your value-added services. Stay on the Move:

Drive your personal vehicle to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Supervision: No direct reports. Work Environment: Daily outside the office, working in your assigned territory, visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ year of sales experience preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license and good standing motor vehicle record. Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and cold call for new business. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Drive to exceed goals. Problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills. Team collaboration mentality.
