Be the Customer Champion : Own and nurture the customer relationship in a team-based selling model. Drive Sales Success:

Your success will be measured by selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business. Team Based Selling : Work collaboratively with our Specialists to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening. Lead with Insight:

Develop new business by identifying prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases. Delivery Resolution : Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department. Competitive Advantage:

Know the market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Stay on the Move:

Drive your personal motor vehicle to conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. SUPERVISION

No direct reports. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Daily outside the office environment working in your assigned territory, visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of sales experience preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required, and motor vehicle record must be in good standing. Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities. Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals. Problem-solving ability/organization and negotiation skills. Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Have the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 75 lbs. Why join US Foods?
