Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair (Houston)
TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair in Houston, TX. The role focuses on securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals. Responsibilities Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction. Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers within the assigned territory to build ongoing relationships and understand customer needs, including engagement with BOMA and related groups. Develop capital plans for customers to address short- and long-term building needs. Maintain strong product knowledge through training, manuals, and supplier information, including local elevator code requirements. Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software; obtain price estimates for items not in the program and review blueprints and equipment with operations for input and approvals. Prepare service contract bids, review blueprints, and coordinate with operations for input and approvals. Respond to questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts and perform follow-up with customers on all proposals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or training required; for candidates with 3+ years of elevator sales experience, Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints is preferred. Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is strongly preferred.
