Administrative Assistant - Construction

Currently REMOTE but may be changed into "in Office " or "Hybrid " We are looking for an
Office Administrator
to support daily operations for our residential construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and project-related tasks. Experience in construction administration is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities: Process payroll and maintain employee records. Handle client intake and maintain accurate client files. File, organize, and manage project and company documents. Track office and job site inventory and coordinate supply orders. Support bookkeeping and assist with accounts payable/receivable. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed. Provide general administrative support to project managers and field staff. Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or general administrative support. Construction office experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. What We Offer:
