Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager
Join our team as a Manager and oversee the smooth operation of our dining room, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Lead and train staff, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely food and beverages. Monitor inventory, control costs, and uphold health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is dynamic, professional, and passionate about hospitality. Essential Job Functions include: Overseeing daily restaurant operations and guest relations. Managing inventory, costs, and vendor communications. Scheduling staff and ensuring proper training and discipline. Maintaining quality assurance and compliance with safety standards. Leading daily operations, engaging with guests, and managing the team during shifts. Participating in management meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: At least 21 years old. Minimum of 2 years management experience. College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., reach up to 6 feet, and work in confined spaces. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
