Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience Clean MVR for the past 3 years (incidents reviewed on a case-by-case basis) Must be 21 years of age or older Stable employment history with verifiable references

Band Pay for Short Hauls: 0-100 miles: $35/load; 101-400 miles: $25/load (loaded, non-relayed) Quarterly CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $875 (with Hazmat) Quarterly On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 Annual Anniversary Bonus: $100 per year of service Referral Bonus Program Safety-Based Pay Raises at mileage milestones Detention Pay: Starts after 1 hour Hazmat Premium Pay: (Less than 2% of freight) Accessorial Pay: Includes stop-offs and more
