Job Description
Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership
Stays informed and shares industry and cultural trends and technological advances that may help inform the work. Bring thought leadership to consult on complex issues and identify innovative solutions Ability to navigate the complexity of the social ecosystem to make recommendations on an ongoing basis for our clients that leverage paid, owned and earned opportunities
? Ensures best practices are applied across disciplines
? Ensures strategic alignment across all channels and teams for a fully integrated approach
Provide high level strategic counsel to all clients and prospects Reinforce understanding of clients business and uncovering of motivations/needs
Account Leadership
Provide strategic leadership and roadmap for the business that integrates all services offered at Blue Hour Studios Command complete ownership and accountability for assigned lines of business and relationships with clients and agency team at all levels. Encourage a positive, professional environment that supports the clients, management, teammates and the work. Sets a standard of excellence through coaching and mentorship that develops strong, motivated internal teams. Spot challenges in the distance and know when to bring in agency leadership and offer solutions to help them troubleshoot. Positively lead and foster a spirit of healthy debate and dialog in service of the work. Demonstrate a deep understanding of best-in-class social media and influencer marketing, including competitors and emerging trends that may inform the work. Build strong relationships with senior clients, having the ability to have tough conversations, while ensuring the health of the account is strong.
Business Growth
Identify opportunities and grow billings within assigned lines of business, and seek opportunities to deliver break-through work thats on-brand and on strategy Ensure successful financial operations across assigned lines of business adhering to the Scope of Work. Inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business
? Provide thought leadership to ultimately inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business
? Ability to strategically identify and persuasively sell in incremental solutions/capabilities to drive organic growth
Responsible for account/project profitability Assist new business pitches, as appropriate
Team Management & Supervision
Demonstrate strong supervisory, delegation, and escalation judgement skills. Keep teams performing at their peak Provide input for team members performance reviews, coaching to maximize success. Conduct performance review for direct reports. Provide ongoing, real-time, performance feedback to ensure continued team growth
Salary Range:
$3,462.00 to $4,231.00 a week. A successful applicants actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
