Position Overview

Integra Mission Critical is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead the development and execution of a centralized master schedule across our three manufacturing facilities in Houston, Canada, and Ohio. This role will serve as the central coordination point for production planning, aligning demand forecasts, engineering inputs, material readiness, and capacity planning to ensure reliable execution. The Master Production Scheduler will play a critical role in stabilizing current programs, improving on-time delivery, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the integrated master production schedule across all three manufacturing sites. Consolidate inputs from SIOP, demand planning, engineering, procurement, and production into executable plans. Ensure alignment of forecasts, BOM readiness, and material availability with production start dates. Drive schedule adherence, providing early warning on risks, delays, or capacity constraints. Manage cross-site load leveling and optimize capacity utilization across Houston, Canada, and Ohio. Track and report progress against the master schedule; escalate risks and propose corrective actions. Partner closely with plant leadership, supply chain, engineering, and program management to resolve scheduling conflicts. Support strategic initiatives, ensuring long-term alignment of resources and workload. Continuously improve planning tools, processes, and KPIs to enhance schedule accuracy and visibility. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in production scheduling, master planning, or manufacturing operations. Strong background in SIOP, MRP/ERP systems (Costpoint, SAP, or equivalent), and scheduling methodologies. Proven ability to manage multi-site or large-scale production schedules in a manufacturing environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and site-level stakeholders. Experience with KPI management, capacity planning, and risk escalation. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred. Skills
