Conduct thorough research on existing and prospective donors using public records, databases, and proprietary resources Produce high-quality research documents summarizing findings for the Major Gifts/Legacy team and senior leadership Manage online research services and ensure data accuracy in donor databases Project manage routine prospect and wealth screening research to support fundraising goals Organize agendas and materials for prospect strategy meetings and assist with various administrative tasks Qualifications

Two to four years of comparable experience in a professional office environment Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record Experience with online research and understanding of reliable sources Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong synthesis abilities Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications
