Commission Enterprise Account Manager Network Performance & Observability (Minneapolis) About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to expand our footprint across the Minneapolis region. This role focuses on selling advanced Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions to large enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives on driving new logo acquisition while also growing existing relationships with Fortune 500 organizations. Responsibilities
Manage sales activities and customer relationships within the Minneapolis territory. Build and execute a territory plan focused on Fortune 1000 enterprises. Develop strong multi-level relationships within accounts, including with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders. Prospect for new business while also expanding existing enterprise partnerships. Work closely with Sales Engineers to deliver technical demonstrations and ongoing support. Maintain a pipeline at least 4X quota, ensuring consistent activity and territory coverage. Accurately forecast, manage bookings, and follow company sales processes. Qualifications
Good Job stability 815 years of enterprise sales experience in technology (Computer Networking, Service Assurance, NPM, APM). Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 customers, especially in IT/Data Center environments. Strong business acumen and ability to map technology value to customer needs. Formal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Solution Selling) is a plus. Proven track record of quota achievement and territory expansion. Must reside in the
Minneapolis area . Target OTE: $240K$300K (base + commission 50/50).
