The Assistant Nurse Manager has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the nursing administration of a patient care area during an assigned shift. This individual will focus on maintaining the continuity and quality of care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. The person must demonstrate initiative and share responsibility with the management team in achieving patient care goals within a designated clinical area. Promoting team unity and collaboration is essential. Specifications: Masters Degree preferred, B.S.N. or proof of academic achievement toward B.S.N. degree. Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a registered nurse. Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds. Care New England Health System (CNE)
