As our company continues to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to help accelerate that momentum to help fuel that expansion. This role is ideal for someone eager to launch or grow a career in technical sales, with a clear path toward sales leadership as the company scales.
Role Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects. You’ll drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and coordinate with both marketing and estimating to move opportunities into the pipeline. You’ll collaborate with both Managing Partners—Operations and Sales & Marketing—and report directly to the Managing Partner overseeing Sales & Marketing.
This is not a passive role—it’s about consistent outreach, CRM discipline, and building pipeline. The right candidate will bring energy, organization, and a desire to grow into a leadership role within our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
· Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
· Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach using scripts and templates.
· Qualify prospects and gather initial project details for estimating.
· Coordinate and attend occasional customer site visits using a company vehicle (vehicle remains at the shop).
· Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM (Projul/HubSpot).
· Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
· Work with estimating to transition qualified leads into quotes and deal closure.
· Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for walk-in customers.
· Follow structured outreach cadences to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
· 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (inside sales, business development, or industrial services preferred).
· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
· Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency.
· Willingness to learn technical product details and OSHA/ANSI safety standards.
· Valid driver’s license; clear driving record.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently within a structured framework.
