Industrial Sales Representative

Texas | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:

  • Play a pivotal role in cultivating sales from both new and existing customers through a disciplined selling and bidding process.
  • Hunt and close new business in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas and other industrial sectors
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Track your activity and results in our CRM
  • Crush quotas and celebrate wins

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 3+ years of success in B2B or industrial service sales (painting/coatings/blasting, etc experience is a huge plus)
  • Has strong book of business in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or other industrial industries
  • Communicates clearly, listens actively, and can build trust with engineers, executives, and more.
  • Understands the sales process from cold outreach to close
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willing to travel Texas region
