THE OPPORTUNITY
Group Account Director - Client Engagement (Brand / Social)
In this role, you will:
Lead the Brand (including Integrated Content, Social Media, and Experiential) teams for the Lincoln client at Hudson Rouge / US.
Be based in either our New York or Detroit offices.
Proactively identify opportunities for practice evolution.
Understand and address clients' business problems, and determine how to strategically engage, grow, and integrate agency practices to deliver solutions.
Lead extensive and critical client engagements.
Support and provide strategic direction for client and project challenges.
Communicate transparently about business and outcomes to all audiences: internal, external, and clients.
Model desired client partnership and business leadership behaviors, partnering with other capabilities to deliver:
Marketing and strategic rigor
World-class creative excellence
Cross-channel integration
Go-to-market innovation and performance
Media innovation
Data-driven decisions
Operational excellence fostering empowered teams

Engage in the professional development of direct reports.
Travel to client sites (Dearborn, MI) and other Hudson Rouge offices, and supervise content production shoots a few times per year.
You are/have...
At least 10-15 years of experience, including large agency or client-side experience.
A digital and social native, with award-winning experience transforming channels into powerful engagement tools.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge or experience with premium/luxury brands is a plus.
Passionate about world-class, award-winning creative work and driving projects, briefs, and teams to achieve excellence.
Driven to succeed in the marketplace, with a focus on campaign performance, optimization, and innovation.
Proven ability to lead and build effective teams and practices.
Comfortable working in a boutique agency environment and interfacing with large, matrixed organizations.
A curious person with an understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and consumer insights.
Emotionally intelligent, able to foster agency culture and team cohesion.
Globally aware, or a global citizen.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000$230,000 USD. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. For more details, click WPP Benefits.
