Hudson Rouge (a VML company) is a luxury boutique marketing and communications agency that works solely on luxury brands and is the exclusive agency of record for the Lincoln Automotive business across all channels. We combine brand strategy, media strategy, activation, digital, social, earned media, production, and analytics to provide exquisitely crafted creativity. THE OPPORTUNITY
Group Account Director Client Engagement - Brand / Social
In this role you will:
Lead the Brand (including Integrated Content, Social Media, and Experiential) teams for the critical Lincoln client at Hudson Rouge / US
Be based in either our New York or Detroit offices
Proactively identify opportunities for practice evolution
Understand and address clients' business problems, and determine how to strategically engage, grow, and integrate agency practices to deliver solutions
Lead extensive and critical client engagements
Support and provide strategic direction related to client and project challenges
Communicate transparently about business and outcomes to all audiences: internal, external, and clients
Model desired client partnership and business leadership behaviors, partnering with capabilities to deliver:
Marketing/strategic rigor

Travel to client locations (Dearborn MI) and other offices, supervise content production shoots as needed
You are/have...
At least 10-15 years of experience, including large agency or client-side experience
A digital and social native, with award-winning experience transforming channels into engaging tools
Automotive experience
Luxury or premium brand knowledge is a plus
Passionate about creative excellence and driving projects to success
Focused on campaign performance, optimization, and growth
Proven ability to lead and build effective teams and practices
Comfortable in both boutique and large matrix organizations
Curious about business, industry drivers, and consumer trends
Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware
Globally minded (preferred)
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 $230,000 USD. Compensation varies based on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. Please discuss accommodations or flexibility needs during the interview process.
