  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Continuously enhance customer profiles with relevant information to ensure high-quality data for reporting and decision-making.

Performance & Process Development

  • Achieve daily performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Contribute actively to developing and improving commercial processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) and ERP platforms commonly used in manufacturing or distribution is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial sales environment.
  • Comfortable reviewing technical catalogs, architectural plans, and guiding clients in selecting the right solutions.
  • Excellent phone communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to confidently explain product specifications, lead times, installation processes, and post-sales support.
  • Solid understanding of cabinetry manufacturing processes, product terminology (panels, finishes, edge banding), and common customer profiles (dealers, designers, installers, contractors).
  • Proven track record in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in cabinetry, woodworking, or building materials industries.
