Job Description
$60,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Provide training and development of our Life Insurance portfolio
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Two years of previous sales experience
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Life Insurance license and at least 2 years' experience offering insurance products
