Food Services Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Food Services Worker to join our team at a retirement community in Wichita. This role involves preparing meals for a small group of 140 residents, offering a more intimate and manageable setting compared to larger facilities. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals for residents in accordance with dietary needs and preferences. Assist with dishwashing and busing tables in the cafeteria after meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality are met. Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and staffing needs. Essential Skills
Experience in food service and food preparation. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dishwashing and cleaning. Capability to work on your feet during shifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a fast food environment is preferred. Flexibility to work every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday shifts. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00/hr.
