The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company's end-to-end supply chain capabilities, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. This role is pivotal in the company's growth and professionalization, and the VP will be expected to develop and optimize the supply chain function while ensuring excellent product quality, strong customer service, and the lowest supply chain cost. Experience in driving value and cost savings from strategic sourcing and procurement activities, as well as a proven track record in scaling through various growth levers, is essential. The VP will also be tasked with building and maintaining internal and external relationships, particularly with a global supplier base, and must be adept at recruiting, managing, and developing top talent.
