A full-time physical therapy position is available for the entire school year at a K-12 educational setting in Rochester, NY. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive physical therapy services within a school environment, supporting students health and mobility needs throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy treatment and interventions tailored to K-12 students Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to develop individualized plans Assess students' physical abilities and track progress regularly Support classroom participation and inclusion through customized therapy programs Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and policies Qualifications and Experience: Valid physical therapist (PT) or physical therapist assistant (PTA) licensure aligned with school healthcare standards Experience working in school-based physical therapy settings is preferred Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Commitment to supporting student development in an educational environment Location: Rochester, New York (K-12 School Setting) Contract Details: Full-time position Contract duration: full school year (CSY) This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply physical therapy expertise in a dynamic school setting, making a meaningful impact on students educational and physical development.
