We are seeking a Salon Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator who is more than just the front desk. This role combines client service, sales, operations, and social media management - with a clear growth path into a future salon management role.
Client Experience
Greet and engage all guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule changes with accuracy
Handle client check-ins, checkouts, and payment transactions smoothly
Resolve client concerns in a timely, solution-oriented manner
Sales Growth
Drive retail product sales by educating clients on benefits
Support service sales by recommending add-ons and promotions
Consistently aim to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Social Media and Marketing
Manage salon social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create engaging posts, stories, and reels to highlight services and promotions
Collaborate with stylists and management to capture authentic client content
Operations and Administrative Support
Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
Assist with inventory, retail stock control, and supply ordering
Support team scheduling, daily reporting, and operational flow
Qualifications
Experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or retail customer service environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning scheduling and POS/CRM systems
Social media management skills with an eye for content and branding
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy salon setting
