The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of Levs demand generation engine and push it to the next level. Youll inherit proven channels, strong foundations, and a track record of success and youll have virtually limitless budget to double down when we find what works. With the support of design and content resources, youll act as a high-profile member of the team driving measurable growth and brand impact.

What You7ll Do
  • Manage and optimize Levs paid channels, with a specific focus on LinkedIn, Google and LLMs
  • Work directly with trade publishers to design custom ad strategies that blend demand generation with brand elevation
  • Drive creative, non-traditional campaigns for increased exposure (think video trucks, sidewalk stencils, and beyond)
  • Own Levs SEO strategy, with a specific emphasis on capturing share of voice within AI
  • Explore partnership opportunities, negotiating and managing contracts with 3rd parties that deliver meaningful lead flow
  • Maniacally measure, test, and report on the impact of every dollar spent
  • Collaborate with internal design and content teams to execute on campaigns quickly and effectively
  • Experiment constantly, from A/B testing ad creative to iterating on landing pages, to ensure were always improving
The must haves
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management across LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • A proven track record of building and scaling paid channels that deliver measurable results
  • Fluency with ad platforms, HubSpot (CRM), analytics, and creative tools (Figma/Canva)
  • Comfort with (and an active interest in) vibe coding/technical troubleshooting to enable rapid testing and optimization
  • Obsession with data, ROI, and accountability in marketing spend
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to the twists and turns of startup life
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate a plus; interest in commercial real estate and AI a must!
