Were seeking a creative, data-driven marketer with 3+ years of marketing experience to lead campaigns, manage agencies, and support sales efforts as we scale.

The Role:

As our Marketing Specialist, youll take ownership of campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and more. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth AI startup and have a direct hand in shaping our brand, growth strategy, and market presence. Youll manage day-to-day marketing execution while also coordinating with outside agencies to scale campaigns across multiple channels.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and grow RecreateAis presence across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
• Oversee and collaborate with marketing agencies for paid media, SEO, and other initiatives
• Create and optimize campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
• Support sales efforts by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and contributing to pipeline growth
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
• Track KPIs and campaign performance, reporting insights and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of marketing experience (social media, paid ads, email marketing required)
• Strong communicator - comfortable speaking with prospects and collaborating with agencies
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude; thrives in a startup environment
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and vendors
• Degree in Marketing/Communications preferred, but relevant experience welcomed
• Ability to commute to and work from our office in Rockwall TX (East of Dallas)
• Office attendance is mandatory; this is an in-office position.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel to trade expos and potential clients as needed.
