Overview
Were looking for our first marketing hire. This role is for someone who can run paid campaigns (Google + Meta), manage influencer outreach on channels such as YouTube, assist with organic marketing/SEO, and help us build a repeatable growth engine. Youll work closely with the founders and product team, bringing marketing expertise.
What Youll Do
- Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta.
- Research, contact, and manage influencer/YouTube partnerships.
- Help draft product tours and other marketing materials
- Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content
- Design and test growth experiments across channels.
- Measure and report performance (CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Share learnings and help build our growth playbook.
What Were Looking For
- 38 years of growth or digital marketing experience (startup experience a plus).
- Hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and budgets.
- Excellent communication, especially for outreach and collaboration.
- Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer or partnership outreach.
- Copywriting or light creative/design skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
