Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Content Marketing Manager opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 10+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

• Drive the client’s content strategy, creating and managing compelling content that supports demand generation, enhances SEO, and positions the brand as a trusted thought leader.

• Develop high-impact short-form and long-form content across multiple modalities, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email campaigns.

• Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar on Monday.com to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality assets.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and topics relevant to the technology industry.

• Regularly analyze content performance, leveraging data insights to refine and optimize strategy.

• Manage content development workflows, including agency partners and budget allocation.

Skills:

• Strong content strategy and development skills across digital channels.

• Proficiency in SEO principles and data-driven content optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).

• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Proven track record of creating and managing content strategies that drive measurable business results.

• Experience working within the technology industry preferred.

• Familiarity with managing external agency relationships and budgets.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
