As the first point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
- Document and update customer interactions in our database for future reference.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems..
