Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. As the first point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule: Weekends Off. Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week. Work Type: In-person (on-site). Note: On-campus work in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
• Document and update customer interactions in our database for future reference.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
