Location: Lancaster, OH Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student caseload. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations in alignment with district and state guidelines. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support holistic student development. Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, ensuring accountability and growth. Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights into student progress and needs. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start date. ASHA certification (CCC) is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a school setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Committed to working onsite throughout the school year.
