A growing manufacturing company is seeking a

Master Scheduler

to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least

five (5) years of scheduling experience , preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with

complex ERP systems

such as SAP, Plex, or IQMS is essential. Position Summary:

The

Master Scheduler

is responsible for ensuring that all timelines related to procurement, sourcing, and production are met efficiently. This role involves planning and preparing production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains a

master schedule

to establish work order sequences and lead times in alignment with customer orders and sales forecasts. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data using

ERP systems (preferably IQMS)

to determine resource requirements. Plans and schedules

molding, assembly, and other manufacturing operations

while ensuring adherence to established lead times. Collaborates with

plant floor supervision

to assess project status and address scheduling challenges. Expedites operations and adjusts schedules to accommodate unforeseen conditions. Generates

production reports , including earned hours, capacity planning, and customer schedules. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in a relevant field OR

4-6 years of related experience

in scheduling, production planning, or manufacturing operations. Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to

collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions . Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge of

probability, statistical inference, and practical application of percentages, ratios, and proportions . Hands-on experience with

ERP/MRP systems , with a preference for

IQMS . This position offers a
