Known for being one of the best Imaging and MSP organizations in the SMB market, we are currently looking to add a sales leader to our growing team! The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to drive revenue growth through the sale of office technology solutions including copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), document management, Managed Services, and VoIP. This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic planning, hands-on fieldwork, and customer engagement. We offer an incredible culture, sales reps with longevity, and a leadership team to support growth initiatives! This position reports to the VP of Sales and is located in our Bloomington office. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of copier/IT sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Attend in-person client meetings alongside sales team members to provide support, mentorship, and leadership presence. Actively participate in cold calling and prospecting efforts in the field to generate new business opportunities and model best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting. Recruit, on-board, and train new sales team members. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and maximize revenue. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements in the copier/document solutions space. Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate major contracts when needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards. Requirements
3 years of leadership experience in the Copier/MFP or IT industry required. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in office equipment, copiers, printers, or technology solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Proven history of building and leading successful sales teams. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the territory and spend significant time in the field with the sales team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license. Job Type
