A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney - Transactions in Bangor, Maine. This role involves providing strategic legal counsel on transactional matters, including real estate acquisitions, financings, entity formation, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions. Duties
Assist clients with real estate transactions, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with peers across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality. Monitor account receivables and participate in client development activities. Review and manage legal matters from inception to conclusion. Conduct legal research and draft well-rounded legal opinions. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status. Requirements
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Maine. Experience in real estate and corporate law preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with legal research databases and technology tools. Education
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active license to practice law in the state of Maine. Skills
