Healthcare Senior Project Manager
in the Construction Management group in Sacramento, CA. We are seeking
Healthcare Senior Project Managers
in Sacramento, CA, with a strong history of recent healthcare experience representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for both new and occupied healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will manage Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments, representing the owner and stakeholder groups, and be part of a high-performing team delivering projects for healthcare clients. The role involves managing design professionals and contractors constructing healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science facilities, working alongside executive managers, and guiding project teams through all project phases from budgeting to closeout. Responsibilities: Assist Executive Managers in leading project teams, setting goals, developing strategies, and mentoring team members. Manage staff, recruit, oversee program financials and schedules. Lead cross-functional healthcare projects, negotiate scope changes, develop organizational structures, and define resource requirements. Manage client relationships and monitor design and construction activities to ensure contractual and quality standards. Develop policies, evaluate financials, forecast risks, and develop project schedules. Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Develop standards and foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance to less experienced team members. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields, or an AS/BS degree with equivalent experience. Minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare renovations and owner representation, managing projects of at least $100 million. Experience managing high-rise healthcare construction projects and large healthcare project teams. Strong knowledge of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and project management software. Compensation Range:
