As a Senior AIT Engineer, you will participate in the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) activities of E-Space satellites. You will test thousands of flight hardware units and contribute directly to the success of an innovative satellite architecture on-orbit.

This position is based in Saratoga, CA.

What you will be doing:

Spacecraft sub-system acceptance:

Organize the acceptance of spacecraft sub-systems before integration to the flatsat (EM) or satellite structure (FM). EM flatsat activities:

Define V&V requirements, GSE definition and procurement, create and execute satellite procedures on the flatsat, collect results, ensure V&V compliance, and participate in qualification test campaigns. FM AIT activities:

Define GSE, create and execute procedures on the FM spacecraft, collect results, ensure V&V compliance, and participate in environmental test campaigns. What you bring to this role:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering 7+ years of spacecraft engineering experience Experience with satellite AIT campaigns Understanding of spacecraft subsystem development Knowledge of electrical test equipment, procedures, data acquisition, and instrumentation Experience with environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal, TVAC) Programming skills in Python, MATLAB/Simulink Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment Bonus points for:

Experience with radiation effects testing Project or program management skills This is a full-time, exempt position based in Saratoga. The target base salary is $130,000 - $170,000 annually, with total compensation depending on experience and skills.
