What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging and increase product sales - Manage daily sales call activity and maintain productivity metrics as defined by program expectations - Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals - Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and ensure accurate communication of program information - Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems, documenting customer interactions and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales - Ability to travel within the Western US for face-to-face healthcare professional interactions 4-6 times per year - Experience managing multiple priorities effectively - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales - Experience in building rapport with healthcare professionals in a virtual environment - Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of overcoming sales obstacles for strong sales performance
