What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging and increase product sales - Manage daily sales call activity and maintain productivity metrics as required by the program - Travel regionally 4-6 times per year for face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals - Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals - Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining a positive impression and reporting progress to management
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales - Ability to travel within the Western US for live interactions 4-6 times per year as needed - Experience managing multiple priorities effectively - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales - Proven ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals in a virtual environment - Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office - Experience in uncovering and overcoming sales obstacles
