Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow VR and CC modules. Design and implement solutions for VR and CC, including integrations and custom rules. Support data integrations with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and Threat Intelligence platforms. Enhance VR and CC functionalities through custom development and configuration. Collaborate with platform and CMDB teams to optimize data and processes. Design runbooks, reports, and support upgrade activities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. At least 2 years of specific experience with VR and CC modules. Certifications such as CIS-VR, CIS-CC, CSA, CAD, CIS. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and version upgrades. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration. Logistics
Location: Remote in CA, WA, OR, CO, GA, VA, MD, or DC. Willing to work 8-5 M-F PACIFIC Time. Contract role through year-end with potential extension or perm conversion.
