We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs and enhance organizational functionality.
Responsibilities
Deliver iterative improvements and enhancements to the platform.
Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Support design and updates of Service Portal front‑end components.
Perform production deployment tasks in preparation for releases.
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
Create and manage workflows, UI policies, actions, client scripts, and ACLs.
Implement data interfaces with other enterprise applications.
Identify and prioritize business requirements with cross‑functional teams.
Apply ServiceNow best practices using No Code/Low Code approaches.
Participate in agile development processes, providing input and feedback.
Develop custom widgets and solutions for the Service Portal.
Maintain an understanding of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design principles.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant IT development experience.
Experience developing custom workspaces using UI Builder and analytics dashboards.
Design, implement, and support runbooks, workflows, and procedures for vulnerability response and configuration compliance.
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps platform including SIR, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response, and Configuration Compliance.
Skilled in creating workflows using Workflow Editor, Designer, runbooks, and playbooks.
Monitor and analyze vulnerability data and provide advanced technical support.
Knowledge of CMDB, HAM/SAM modules, Discovery, and integration troubleshooting.
Configure integrations such as Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub with tools like Splunk, SCCM, JAMF.
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Knowledge of client and server scripting, ServiceNow REST APIs, widget development.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Agile 2.0).
Knowledge of ServiceNow app engine and custom application development/support.
Experience with advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting.
Understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.
Certifications Basic ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD) required.
Additional Information
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 annually. Salary ranges vary by skills, experience, and location.
Work arrangement: Flexible, primarily remote with occasional on‑site presence.
