We are seeking a highly skilled and CCIE-certified Network Solution Architect to join our Infrastructure & Operations team at Client North America. In this critical role, you will lead the architectural design of complex and secure network solutions, with a key focus on Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliancea top strategic priority across our U.S. operations. This role also supports enterprise-wide initiatives, including infrastructure build-outs for new or expanding manufacturing sites and test facilities. You will act as a trusted technical leader, helping to shape and implement our future-proof, resilient network architecture, and ensuring security and compliance requirements are met across all business units. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of secure, scalable network solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC). Interpret complex business and regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable network architecture strategies. Create and maintain high- and low-level architecture documentation, including network diagrams, design decisions, and configuration standards. Guide the implementation of routing and switching architectures, including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and SD-WAN. Define and implement network segmentation, firewall strategies, and load balancing solutions, integrating best practices in FIPS encryption and other compliance requirements. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional technical teams to evaluate, select, and implement technologies. Provide technical leadership on IT projects and infrastructure programs including facility expansions, data center upgrades, and hybrid cloud solutions. Monitor industry trends and innovations to identify future-state architecture opportunities that improve reliability, security, and performance. Contribute to the global infrastructure roadmap by bringing a regional (North America) perspective and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Required Qualifications

(Must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in designing and troubleshooting large-scale, complex networks.) Minimum of 8 years of enterprise network design and architecture experience. Proven experience with:

Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, MPLS Firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto) and NLB (e.g., F5, Citrix ADC) Encryption technologies, including FIPS-compliant systems Designing and documenting secure, compliant network environments (e.g., for DoD or Defense Industrial Base organizations) Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., Aerospace, Defense, Government, or Manufacturing) Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or other compliance and cybersecurity standards Knowledge of Zero Trust Networking (ZTN), micro-segmentation, and hybrid cloud integration Background in writing enterprise reference architectures and network security frameworks Strong vendor management skills, including procurement, implementation, and lifecycle planning Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
